Backland Development - 3 Residential Units

Completed

[ 01 ] - Project overview

A standard residential asset with excess land transformed into a high-density complex of three independent units.

The core objective of the project was to unlock the hidden value of a standard residential asset with excess land. By utilizing a Backland Development (Side Plot Development) strategy, we transformed a single property into a high-density residential complex consisting of three independent units.

This project serves as a prime example of urban densification. By converting one passive asset into three liquid residential units, we maximized the land's potential and delivered a superior return on capital.
